As you navigate the twisted corridors of Grau Hill Mansion, Victor will acquire various weapons and tools. He'll need a lamp to light the way, lock picks to open sealed doors and chests, and restoratives to recover health. Countless other tools will be essential to navigate this nightmarish landscape.
To combat the dangers that lurk, Victor will have access to a variety of melee and ranged weapons. Each weapon has unique strengths and weaknesses; choosing the right one is key to survival. Firearms provide an advantage due to their range, but ammunition is scarce in Grau Hill Mansion.
Hidden items await those with the ingenuity to find them.
You can play Lamentum with a keyboard and mouse (on the PC version) or a gamepad. Inventory management is crucial; you'll need to decide which items to carry and which to store in item boxes for later use. The inventory system allows for shortcuts to frequently used items, making combat more fluid and effective.
Additionally, Victor's diary will record thoughts and annotations, offering insight into his journey.
The world of Lamentum is filled with nightmarish creatures, each with distinct behaviors and attacks. Beyond the creatures, Grau Hill Mansion holds other dangers—traps that will test your wits, challenging puzzles, and deadly environments.
